Do I need to ship to a business address, and are there additional charges for residential delivery?

Please deliver to a business address. Large orders shipped to a residential address will incur extra shipping charges.

How do I get free shipping on orders over $250?

Orders

Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments to orders after they have been placed. Please ensure all items in your order are correct before completing the purchase.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days after processing. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or missing units?

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include the LOT #, EXPIRATION #, and photos of the issue. We’ll assist you in resolving the matter, whether through a refund or replacement.

How many cases of drinks fit in the free mini fridge?

Our free mini fridge can hold up to 3 or 4 cases of drinks, depending on the specific ready-to-drink (RTD) options. It’s perfect for keeping your beverages chilled and ready to serve.

What is the shelf life on the drinks?

Our drinks typically have a shelf life of 15-24 months from the date of production. For optimal quality, we recommend consuming them before the expiration date printed on the packaging.
